Aaron took the time to explain the treatment, what to expect and how it should feel. There was a visible difference in my knee after my treatment today and I am hopeful that it’s helped ease the pain and swelling I have been experiencing. 

We all know how important it is to rest after a challenging workout, but many people neglect their bodies and don't give them what they need. Post-Training Recovery 

Our General, Sports and Remedial Massage service is exactly that, designed for general body issues, and could be thought of as "maintenance". We will work on the areas of tightness or discomfort you are experiencing.

Please note that we will only perform a basic assessment of your presented issue, and this treatment does not include the following: Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Myofascial Dry Cupping,  Electro-Acupuncture, TECAR Therapy or Taping. Please book into Soft Tissue Therapy for treatments requiring us to assess and treat something specific or for any techniques not included in the standard treatment.  

General, Sports & Remedial Massage 

Our Soft Tissue Therapy service takes a more in-depth and systematic look into your treatment needs. For those with injuries, chronic pain, postural troubles and acute issues or problems, we will assess the situation to determine what's happening within our scope of practice and create a treatment plan.

This service includes, where appropriate, All manual techniques: Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Soft Tissue Release (STR), Positional Release and Neuromuscular Techniques (NMT). Also included are advanced techniques: Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Neuromuscular, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Myofascial Dry Cupping, Osteopathic Articulations and Manipulations, Electro-Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping and Sports Strapping. In some cases, you will be given access to my coaching software to track and log a recovery/training plan to help with more chronic issues presented.

Our 30-minute sessions focus on using the HumanTecar® equipment and method to deliver rapid results.
