Been here 3 times in past 2ish months before posting a review so I can be certain that my experience wasn't a one-off. The 1st time, the therapist I had booked(Eve) left near the end of my session and another therapist came in which was confusing. No explanation given. 2nd time my massage ended about 15 mins early during a 90 min booking. Just before she (Bena) finished, she blankly asked me what I wanted her to do because she had no idea. My third, and final booking was with Bella. I have no words, just a terrible masseuse, no idea what she was doing, left in more pain than when I came in.
