Hi Jenny, I’m so sorry that you received a shock at the price increase. I did send out an email but I can see we don’t have an email on file for you, and I apologise you didn’t receive this and weren’t informed at the start of your service. As for your service. Given that you have a lightener service, toner and then a dry off- the price does reflect that as such. Previously you did have a very discounted service for what you had done- which isn’t your fault, or mine- but running the business (especially in this economy) I do need to make sure everything across the board works with the time taken and product used to cover all costs.. scalp lighter in particular is hard and needs precision and attention to detail as wrong movements or rushed appointments can lead to disaster. Once again- I’m sorry you were not made aware of this increase at the beginning of your service. Please reach out if you would like to discuss further. Warm regards Demi.
