Sports Massage:

Level of pressure: Moderate, and controlled

Benefits: Promotes good blood flow circulation increasing the oxygen to the muscles which helps with recovery from a sports injury, muscle fatigue or pain.

Techniques: Trigger Points techniques, soft tissue and myofascial release and some strong pressure to manipulate the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage & Sports Massage

Build up tension can cause many conditions and states of disharmony within the different parts of the body, and massage is usually found to have a great benefit to remove these tensions and give a release of accumulated stress in joints, muscles and organs. The massage is designed to help you feel better every day and give you a boost of energy. This technique may include deep pressure. Raynor Naturopathy Massage Treatments

During the transition periods of the different stages of pregnancy, your body manifests some aches and pains as well as swollen feet, anxiety, sleepless nights, and many other particular complaints. Reflexology not only helps you relax but to massage the organs and allow your body to shift smoothly. 
The massage is performed on a couch, or bed as long as you feel supported in your back and belly comfortably.
Usually, this massage is performed in the feet but you can choose the hands or head as well. This is also a beneficial therapy during and after birth.

Benefits: Overall Body-Mind Relaxation, increases the blood flow in the area worked as well as releases tension in the foot plantar which represents certain organs

For Women only.
Working with beautiful souls from 1st menses to the last stage of life: learn how to map your menstrual cycle, how to connect with your emotions and how your lifestyle impacts your monthly cycles. 

Treatments are available with natural herbs where you will be accompanied every month as per the presented protocol.

1st Session will be a longer session to gather all information about your major complaint, health history, ancestry and life patterns.
