I offer wellness life coaching (virtual or F2F) to create a happier self, home & family or home environment. Our home environment relies on lots of things but it starts with you, so understanding yourself is essential to enable you to care for those around you & create your happy home. I also offer mindful craft & wellness sessions. Using various mindful, energy & coaching methods, we will rapidly release unhelpful emotions & thoughts to create balance & positive change.
