Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement-based massage therapy that integrates the principles and techniques of Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathy. Working with focused intention and deep listening, this form of bodywork is widely recognised as an effective structural and energetic form of whole body massage. Even though Zenthai Shiatsu is a form of massage/bodywork, you stay fully clothed during the treatment. Please wear comfortable and soft loose fitting clothing.

Sound healing with Acutonics is a holistic therapeutic healing modality that combines principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture, and sound therapy. Acutonics utilizes tuning forks instead of acupuncture needles to stimulate acupuncture points, energy centers, and meridians in the body.

In Acutonics therapy, tuning forks are precisely calibrated to specific frequencies that correspond to the vibrations of celestial bodies, elements, and energies found in the natural world. The tuning forks are applied to acupuncture points, trigger points, and energy centers on the body, creating resonance and harmonizing the body's energy systems.

Sound Therapy

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that has been practiced for over a century. It is based on the kanji characters 'rei' (霊) and 'ki' (気) which together mean 'universal life force energy'. 

Reiki therapy involves the transfer of energy from a practitioner to a patient to promote gentle healing. The practitioner acts as a conduit for universal life force energy and directs it towards specific areas of the body. During reiki treatment, the patient lies on their back while the practitioner places their hands gently on different parts of the body and channels reiki energy. 
 
Reiki can be used for a variety of ailments both physical and emotional, including stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, headaches and digestive issues. It is also believed to help improve overall physical health by gently stimulating the body’s natural healing process.
