Please come braided down. No exceptions. Unless you’re a twa/pixie girl. 🤗

Drop off your unit 2-3 days before your appointment. Same day customization is available for an additional $35. 

One non-serviced guest is allowed per appointment. I’m home based so please contact me if you’re going to bring a plus one. 

Running late? Kindly contact me letting me know if you’re running off schedule. I don’t charge late fees EVER! However, there’s a 20 min grace period. After 20 mins have elapsed your appointment is cancelled.
