Rachel is a meditation guide and facilitator of non-dual awareness, and is also a certified yoga instructor and sound healer. Rachel brings a wealth of experience from hundreds of hours spent training in the Himalayan region with masters and teachers to serve as a mirror that reveals the true nature of consciousness, so as to help others receive their potential.
