During your reiki session I will direct energy to any blockages you may have and in doing so open up your chakras and inducing a smoother energy flow. Blockages or an over working chakra can create reactions or symptoms in the body, such as anger, blurry vision, sore throat, neck or shoulder pain and so fourth. When one chakra is blocked another over compensates creating an over or under active chakra. Reiki can produce a sense of calmness, clarity, promote a good nights rest and in some cases reduce pain and anxiety.
