Choose REST in a world that values productivity. My speciality is restorative rest and my aim for your experience is that you feel comfortable and safe enough to slow down and sink into deep rest. All of my treatments are designed to help you feel grounded, held and loved, and to leave a little of the weight of the world on the massage table. When you visit me in my cosy little treatment room, the whole is experience is YOURS.
