I am a big believer in the power of massage and all it can do for body and mind. Having worked as a busy Pilates and Yoga teacher in London for most of the last decade, I qualified as a Level 4 Holistic Massage Therapist in Bristol in 2019 and never looked back. I work with a dreamy blend of relaxing techniques and slow deep work into specific muscle groups, perfect for really letting go.
