HOW TO PREPARE FOR LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE:
1. Do not eat a large meal before coming in for your appointment
2. Please arrive for your appointment wearing loose clothes/underwear
3. Please arrive freshly showered with no lotions or oils on skin
4. Please make sure you've used the bathroom right before your session
5. Avoid alcohol & caffeine for 24 hours before treatment

Laser Hair Removal Consultation

-Please shave within 24 hours before your appointment 
-Cannot laser over tattoos ; please notify me if there are tattoos in the area that you desire to have laser hair removal
-Avoid UV exposure 7-14 days prior to treatment (unprotected (without sunscreen) direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time or tanning beds). 
-Clients who are sunburnt must wait 2 weeks before being treated to avoid additional skin damage. 
-Please notify me ASAP if you are on antibiotics or have been in the last two weeks
