Having completed training in 2008 to become a qualified licensed massage therapist, Jen has been practicing for over 15 years. Through schooling at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM) in Syracuse, New York, she has learned a vast array of healing modalities to choose from. Jen trained in Swedish Massage, Shiatsu (Eastern Massage), pregnancy, sports, and chair massage, energy techniques as well as various treatment based techniques including myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy and muscle energy technique (MET).
