Hi, I am Jan Physiotherapist by education and practice. I am passionate about body movement, which helps me to approach massage from a different perspective. I specialize in deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, well being treatments and other types of massages. I love to incorporate movement and stretching into sessions, which helps people ease their recovery process and enhance relaxation, whether from stress, injury, surgery, or intense training.
