Relax, release and revitalise with holistic massage therapy tailored to the needs of your body, mind and spirit. When was the last time you were able to relax? Well and truly relax? Our modern lifestyles are so fast-paced, information-saturated and stressful that our bodies and minds rarely, if ever, have a chance to let go of tension and find a calm, tranquil, still place from which to heal and recover. It is my goal during a massage treatment to bring you to that place. I work from two locations in Clapton, Hackney: Healing Space on Chatsworth Road and The Well Garden at Hackney Downs.
