We perform these massages on most occasions on the massage table. At some events where we are short of room we may use a massage chair.
You will receive a 15 to 20 minute treatment.

Jacksfeet Out and About Events

Choose which one of Jacksfeet Abdominal Health courses you want to learn and book to learn online.  The online course has the same content as the in-person to person. With added benefits of not having to travel and being able to stay in your own home.  The course is for 4 hours plus 2 half hour breaks. The course takes place on Zoom a video conference service.  Once you have booked the course, made contact with me, and you have paid I will send you all the online zoom joining details.  The course also consists of emails containing all the instructions, workbooks, and information you need.  After the course, we will set a date for a follow-up session, and you will be able to make contact with me when you need to discuss something. What's included in the course. Abdominal Health Online Training

Coping with Menopause

Like Miss Hortence, a famous Maya Midwife, I can support you and baby during these next 9 months.  From pre-conception, whilst your baby grows and develop inside you, right through to delivery. On this course, you'll learn the ancient Maya methods that Rosita Arvigo has passed on to me. Learn ABDOMINAL MASSAGE, a simple abdominal massage for you to practice on yourself at home. This workshop is a woek shop cover 7 of our basic series courses.

We will work with your diaphragm and you will understand why all popular wisdom encourages you 'to take a deep breath’. You will leave wondering why you were never taught this at school.

In this workshop you will learn how to care for your skin using all natural and replenishable products.
It will also give you the 5 minute cleanse routine that you can use every day twice a day to improve your facial skins – texture; tone; condition and help relieve any problems.
Its called the 10 minute facial because when just cleansing the skin it only takes 5 minutes once you include the scrub and mask the routine can be done in just 10 minutes, although better results can be achieved if you have the time to leave the mask in situ for 15 – 20 minutes.

Level 1 Reiki Attunements and training in the treatment of the body how to apply Reiki healing.
'Reiki is a natural system of healing using Universal Energy ‘Life Force’.  It is where the therapist holds the space for you, allowing the energy to come in and help direct it to where it's needed; so that you can calm and find your own energy to heal yourself.'
Developed and founded by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan.  Sensei Usui believed that everyone should be attuned to Reiki to provide the people with the ability to achieve connection with the Universal Life Force energy that would help them in their self-development. 
Sensei Usui's would teach everyone he met Reiki, it is recorded that he attuned  >2000 people.  In April 1922 he opened his first school/clinic in Harajuku Tokyo. When he set up his healing centre at first everyone was treated the same student and client alike, some came for healing and others for spiritual teachings spreading the knowledge worldwide.

Cost :  For the initial treatment it is £30.00 per person, after this additional treatments are £17.00 each.  Therefore, the cost of 2 treatments per person is £47.00. There is a minimum of £100.00 per party, if there is not enough people to cover this amount with singular and additional treatments (less than 3 people).
