Each session is thoughtfully infused with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the gentle flow of energy healing. Reflexology is a specialized massage technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, believed to correspond to various organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology promotes balance and supports the body's natural healing processes.

If you are dealing with a particular issue or challenge, such as chronic pain or anxiety, you may benefit from attending the treatment frequently to provide ongoing relief and  support for the healing.  We suggest attending 4 -6 sessions one per week.

The soothing sounds and vibrations are stimulating the body in a deepest - cellular level. This stimulating clears tension and blockages in the body, also reducing stress, anxiety, and promote a sense of peace and balance. 

During a session, the bowls are played or placed on the body, and the vibrations are thought to help balance the energy centers and promote healing. 
Many people find sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls to be a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
