A Full Body Massage  focusing on large group Muscles for deep detox  using techniques such as strokes ,tapotement, kneading and deep tissue release to promote muscle improvement ,lactic acid detox  / drainage and thus accomplishing softening of fibers, improving muscle elasticity thus of course achieving a deep relaxation & Rejuvenation.

Use of Essential oils or / and Pure cream (We use Professional Massage Cream with Pure Essential oil & blend custom made by your favorite Essential Oil or ask your Therapist what is best for you.
