Swedish massage can be adapted for Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, type of massage that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system, encouraging the movement of lymph fluid through the body. This can help reduce swelling, remove waste products, and potentially boost the immune system. Please note that traditional lymphatic drainage massage is using suction and ventose cups however this application is using Swedish massage techniques adapted to encourage lymph to the major lymph nodes. Lymphatic massage Is often used in the treatment of lymphedema, is beneficial for general wellness and pre treatment preparation as well as excellent for rehabilitation post-surgery recovery. (Please ensure you have approval from your health professional if having undergone surgery within the last 3 months)

A "head in the clouds treatment" focuses primarily on the scalp, neck, face, back and shoulders, designed to promote deep relaxation and alleviate tension by using soothing techniques like gentle pressure, aromatherapy oils, and long, slow movements , essentially creating a feeling of weightlessness and tranquillity, like being "in the clouds.".

 "Head in the Clouds" Focuses on the whole of the back , scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to create a deep feeling of relaxation and stress relief, using gentle pressure and movements with a variation of lymphatic draiage hands on manipulation and Gua Sha tools in sweeping and circular motions to release tension and toxins as well as pressure point massage to reduce stress and improve mental clarity, reducing migraines, tension headaches and temporal mandible joint discomfort. 

Head In The Clouds 

This massage works across the whole body including head, scalp, neck, shoulder, buttocks and breasts. The massage experience has an overall effect on the central nervous system and helps to rebalance both the body and mind to promote healing, relieve pain, tension, stress and anxiety.

The pressure of the application can be adjusted throughout to suit your bodies needs or you can state which you prefer prior to the treatment commencing, as well as highlighting any areas of your body you wish not to be included in the treatment.

Siane will use a range of techniques and modalities throughout her application from pre blended aromatherapy oils specific to your body's needs, deep flowing tissue therapy to heal and repair the tissue. Hot stones to introduce heat to encourage the increase of blood flow. all of which allows joints, tendons and ligaments to be stretched if or where there is little movement. This combination of therapy alleviates all over body & mind complaints.

Assisted stretching can be a stand alone or incorporated into regular maintenance treatments in deep tissue or sports massage. This is particularly beneficial for those who regularly exercise, allowing the muscles, tendons and supporting structures of the muscular skeletal system to combat wear & tear, reduce stiffness, decrease pain & increase mobility. 

Assisted Stretching 

Medical Acupuncture or Dry needling as it is often referred to is very rarely applied as a stand alone treatment. Normally applied as an additional modalities to sports massage, deep tissue or dry cupping, as it compliments and further aids in the benefits of treatment ju. A fine needle is inserted into the skin & muscle aimed at creating a superficial or deep tissue response, each of which are to create a path of healing. 

Acupuncture can be booked as a standalone treatment, or is best incorporated with other modalities, such as cupping therapy/Massage/deep tissue therapy.
