As a lash business, we apply a public holiday fee for appointments booked on holidays. This fee helps us cover the increased costs associated with operating on holidays, such as staff wages and overhead expenses. After-hour fees are additional charges applied for appointments booked outside of regular business hours. This compensates for the inconvenience and extra effort required to accommodate clients during evenings or weekends. This Fee occurs when appointments pass after 9pm.
