An in person posing session will be held at Apollo Gym (Coventry, West Midlands), to distinguish your current level of posing and to ensure that your poses are correct for your chosen federations. 

Within the sessions we have together, we will go through mandatory poses, I-walk, poses that suit your physique best and the whys behind everything you do.

We will go through stage presence including changing position on stage. All the sessions will have a run through at the end which will be recorded for future reference.

An online posing session is completed via video call to distinguish your current level of posing and to ensure that your poses are correct for your chosen federations.

We will go through stage presence including changing position on stage. All the sessions will have a run through at the end which will be recorded for future reference. 

Online posing session - Bikini 

A posing video analysis is a video response to your videos/images of your current level of posing. 

The response will consist of positive feedback, cues, and explanations to each pose and transition to support further practice. You will receive your response within 24 hours of submission. 

This is a perfect way for you to keep in contact with me in-between sessions for a refresh of previous cues or it could just be a way to have your posing looked at and analysed maybe even for the first time!
