It was the first time I’d visited La Nora and I had a lovely experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend my original appointment but Ali was very understanding and accommodating and managed to fit me in for later in the day. Sophie also did a lovely job with my haircut and blow dry. Very happy with the service I received
