Originally trained in luxury spa skincare with Elemis and Clarins, I spent many years working as a spa facialist specialising in facials and perfecting advanced facial massage techniques. Over the past 12 years I have developed a deeply intuitive approach to facial massage, focusing on the therapeutic power of touch, rhythm and relaxation. My work today moves away from invasive or advanced aesthetic treatments and instead centres on restoring balance through massage, energy work and holistic skin care.

The Holistic Facial

This is an add-on enhancement and must be booked alongside any main treatment, It is not available as a standalone session.

Why not treat yourself to a 15 minute "upgrade" which will enhance your experience. Your laying on your back, your eyes are closed and your breathing is slow, deep and you are feeling completely relaxed. 

I will use beautifully warmed basalt stones to help melt away any tension on your neck, shoulders, décolleté, your temples and the back of your scalp. This "add on" treatment time is perfect just before Reiki or sound healing, as it will melt away all the tension that you have in your shoulders, traps and neck.  

Neck Stretch Massage with Hot Stones (Add On)

If you sometimes feel like it takes you a while to truly relax into your treatments, you can book this 10 minute complimentary time where you can focus on your breath. Breathe in & out, deeply and slowly and then your holistic session begins.

This time is perfect for those who are constantly thinking of their “to do list” or for those who can’t let go & relax.

I will help you to relax, by guiding your breathing, applying compressions at the start of the treatment and talking you through a body scan.

A body scan, often used in mindfulness and meditation practices, involves systematically paying attention to different parts of the body. The benefits of a body scan include:
