Many reviewers highlight her expertise in coloring, with one noting how she achieved the perfect blonde shade while ensuring comfort throughout the process. The experience is further enhanced by thoughtful touches like a great scalp massage during the wash, making each appointment feel special.

Rouba is a true professional at her job. I asked her to make my hair blonde and showed her a photo. She was able to achieve exactly what I wanted and I walked out feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Rouba for the outstanding job! You are a star!
