Pam took the time before the facial to explain her technique and to make sure she understood my concerns. I left the spa feeling and looking great--plus I really enjoyed our interactions.

Being my first time doing a facial the overall experience was a 100/10. Pam was great at creating a calm environment making sure that my skin needs were tended to all while keeping me comfortable. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to book a facial!
