Reiki works by re-balancing the body's energy flow. It removes blockages in the body which may have been built up for years, resulting in physical pain, stress, emotional worries or and inability to move forward. 

The Universal Reiki energy will help each individual where they need it most in their life. For some this may be grounding or even stillness, and for others it may bring balance to your emotional and physical state.

Most of us are quite comfortable with our mental, emotional and physical bodies, however we tend to completely disregard our very active and lively energetic body.

Our energetic body is like a sponge, and it soaks up all the density from around us, also hanging on to the physical, emotional and mental trauma we have experienced over our lifetime.

In this session, we clear out your energy field by working with gentle, yet potent healing energies (Reiki, Ashati, Alsemia) ensuring this density is removed whilst gently flushing out your chakras, dislodging any blockages and allowing for prana, life force, chi energy to flow freely through your system. Leave feeling at your highest self, lighter and full of vitality.

This is a great place to start if you are new to energetic healings as it is a deeply pleasant, relaxing and offers a profound experience!



Energy HEALING 

A personalised, fully clothed treatment that works across the physical body, nervous system, and energetic field to support deep restoration and balance.

Blending fascia-focused bodywork with elements of table-based Zen Thai practice, each session incorporates rhythmic compression and intuitive touch to create space through the body and restore flow.

Depending on your needs, your treatment may also include acupressure, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion and subtle energy work — all woven together in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Each session is intuitively guided to release tension, regulate the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing processes on both physical and energetic levels.
