I was treated well. However, unfortunately, the haircut did not meet my expectations. I had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and throughout the haircut I explained several times that I did not want volume at the ends of my hair. Despite that, my hair was heavily layered, which created exactly the effect I was trying to avoid. A few days later, I realized that the haircut only looks good when it’s fully styled. If I simply blow-dry it, it looks uneven and doesn’t fall properly. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better service.
