The entire experience was warm, personable, and attentive from the moment I sat in Micaela’s chair. She is clearly and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable—especially since this was my first keratin treatment. She was incredibly meticulous and took such pride in making sure everything was done just right and of course the results are amazing!
