Friendly welcome. Leah quickly understood that I was under a fair amount of stress with very tight shoulder and neck muscles and took charge with a firm yet gentle back, shoulder and neck massage, hugely professional and put me at my ease, as an older bird who hasn’t had regular massages for a while! I have booked another appointment with her next month.
