Katie was so lovely from beginning to end, she really listened and understood what i needed from the cut today. She was thorough, so gentle and went 9ver everything twice to gradually reduce the length for me taking into consideration my hairs natural curl. Looking forward to having my hair done by her again in a couple of months.
