Kara's passion is to assess clients' concerns and build a treatment plan to meet their goals. Believing in the body's ability to heal with the right environment, she uses various active and relaxation techniques. Clients are encouraged to participate in home exercises and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners. Kara also enjoys traveling, skiing, gardening, and yoga.
