Hi Teresa, YOU WERE NOT OVERCHARHED, we need to clarify that your review is not an accurate representation of what was booked or charged. You booked a Regular Pedicure, exactly as you did during your previous visit. The service details were provided to you by email and are also clearly specified in our booking platform. Polish application is not included in a Regular Pedicure and has an additional cost of $160 MXN. Therefore, you were not overcharged. The $160 MXN charge was specifically for the additional polish application you requested. Regarding the service being “rushed,” this was a direct result of adding a service.
