Kadie brings a calm, step-by-step approach to piercings, helping nervous adults and children feel at ease. She explains each part of the process, is especially patient with kids getting their first lobe piercings, and clients also come to her for cartilage and conch piercings, jewelry, and aftercare.

Very professional and not rushed. I had my earlobe piercings re-opened and a new ear piercing done. The studio was very warm. Katie was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of information during the service as well as a pamphlet containing great care information.

Kadie made me feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. She was welcoming, friendly and was obviously very knowledgeable about what she does. She was quick and she made it as painless as possible, explaining what she was doing through the entire process. The shop was bright and clean and I was very happy that I came here to have my piercings re-inserted when I was unable to do it after a medical procedure. Thank you again, Kadie! I will definitely come back here for my next piercing.
