The ladies who helped with our hair were absolutely incredible - attentive, supportive and skilled. However, the gentleman who greeted us (I believe the manager?) was really rather unpleasant. There was a mistake in their booking system that meant I only received confirmation of one of 5 appointments booked and despite having noted the appointment times, they had not been entered into their system correctly. Instead of listening and understanding, he was argumentative and rude. Good job the ladies saved the day!
