Well, a lovely and warmth customer service by Hollie started before even my trip to the salon 😊 by patiently answering all my questions regarding the procedure I was going to get in their salon!! And it continued all the way until the end and it definitely encourages me to choose this salon for my hair and going back there for other hair care aswell, so congratulations lovely Hollie you are the winner 🏆

I had the best time at Moss. I haven't had my hair cut in ages, mostly because I've always felt intimidated by the hairdressers. Hollie made me feel like I was chatting with a friend and the hair cut was so lovely- I got so many compliments from it! Will absolutely come back.
