Hanna listened and could see exactly what I needed during our consultation. She understood I needed softness without losing my blonde. She was efficient, particular without taking the whole day to achieve what I wanted. I would highly recommend Hanna, if you are looking for a hairdresser that communicates by hearing your needs and then applying then with no fuss! Thanks Hanna. My hair is fantastic!

Had my first appointment with the scarborough salon. Hannah did such a fabulous job! Highly recommend. Will be going back again for sure.

In salon experience was lovely. Hannah was interested in what i wanted, met my expectations and was friendly and helpful. However, I am not a fan of the booking and confirmation system, which requires personal details credit card details AND YET ANOTHER PASSWORD just to confirm a booking which I had taken the time and trouble to personally go to the salon and book an appointment. The system needs to be updated to accept a YES or NO text to confirm an appointment. As fir requiring bank card details, simply to confirm an appointment - that's just rude.

Hannah is an absolute gem! ✨ She was so kind, welcoming and lovely to chat with throughout my appointment. She really took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and I left with the most stunningly styled hair!
