Had possibly the best sports/deep tissue massage of my life with Rahman. Really worked through some deep stiffness in my neck and upper back. He was incredible at finding exactly what needed to be hit. I don't know how anyones hands can be that strong!

WOW — a proper deep tissue massage that truly focused on releasing tension and relieving my aches. Fair warning: it can be intense at times, but the relief afterward was absolutely worth it.

Rahman was incredibly knowledgeable, explained each step throughout the session, and gave helpful recommendations to improve movement and mobility.

Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again next time I’m back in Bali!

Trained by our co-owner, an Australian myotherapist, our expert therapists offer this hands-on treatment for deep work into an area that is tight or sore.  The skilled therapist uses your history and some physical testing to understand your problem, and then uses specialised techniques, including trigger point therapy to release the area to help you feel the difference. This visit is for when you want to see results in a specific problem area.
