Grace can read bodies! Our bodies hold trauma from our past and Grace gets that makes you feel so seen with her wise insights. The yoga and massage and nudges to noticing and being more present in your body are really helping me manage my chronic illnesses.

Had a fantastic sports massage with Grace. The assessment beforehand was really thorough and the treatment was tailored to exactly what I needed. The calming music, candle and peaceful atmosphere made it feel really relaxing too. Highly recommend Grace — I’ll definitely be back!
