Another absolutely amazing appointment with Grace! 🩷 This was my second visit and I’m once again blown away by her knowledge and skill. I recently injured my leg in York, and she immediately located the problem area and explained everything so clearly. She also worked wonders on my shoulders! Her strength, attention to detail and genuine care are incredible. I always feel listened to, understood and comfortable. It’s so refreshing to find someone so passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! Already looking forward to my next visit! 💕

She is always very knowledgable and professional and ensures that everything is tailored specifically to your requirements and I have to say the results are very noticeable and I can safely say it helps considerably in keeping my back in a healthier more stable condition.
