Raluca explained everything in great detail and made me feel completely at ease. The electrolysis was not painful at all! I had it done previously elsewhere using an older machine, which I found painful, but I wanted to have it done again because of the excellent results. Very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend Raluca for her professionalism, clear explanations and excellent results!

Claudia is so lovely and you can tell she has a genuine passion for helping people. She informed me of everything I needed to know and put me at ease completely. The treatment itself was painless and I can’t wait to continue my treatments with her. Would definitely recommend!
