An amazing barber. Welcoming space. El-Papi's Kutz is and very professional. He is knowledgeable on a host of topics and can have great conversations during your haircut. If you want to fall asleep during your 'therapeutic' haircut (which I often do), he makes it possible and ensures that you are comfortable. He also takes his time and reviews every angle of your haircut to make sure that everything is PERFECT!
