A hands on Reiki energy method to regulate plus sound are interwoven intentionally into one blissful, soothing session. 

I open and close with space cleansing and settle you in with gentle meditation using the breath. Himalayan bowls, tuning forks and melodic chimes, all designed to take you into and keep you within a state of relaxation, are used during the session, alongside acupressure and soft stretches to help release tension and promote a deeper sense of calm.

This session has been created to take you into a meditative flow state; relaxed, calm and drifting away; perfect for times of overwhelm, stress or anxiety or when you just need a moment to pause. 

The bowls help replicate brain waves associated with sleep and deep relaxation, the vibrations help move stagnant energy and Reiki coupled with touch, will help calm your nervous system, restore and activate your body's natural healing cycle, and evoke a feeling of stillness and balance in body and mind.





Reiki + Sound Healing (60 minutes)

In this Reiki session I hold space for your body and mind to sink deeply into a state of relaxation.  A moment of self care and re-balancing to take the parasympathetic nervous system into safety, rest and digest state. 

After consultation you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I open and close the session with brief sound and space cleansing and settle you into the treatment with gentle meditation using the breath. I use a hands on method to regulate, acupressure and soft stretches throughout, to calm and release.

Chose either 45 minutes or 60 minutes of treatment time.

Reiki Energy Healing

This facial massage uses firm and gentle rhythmic massage strokes, stretching, lymphatic drainage point activation and acupressure to stimulate and soothe into deep relaxation.

This massage is incredible for relieving tension and stress, nourishing the skin, scalp and hair, and stimulating the follicles and nerve endings to calm the central nervous system.

The facial massage opens up and works lymphatic drainage points to improve skin tone, reduce puffiness and increase oxygen flow to the skin.

Face + Head Massage (30 mins)

This massage uses soft, rhythmic massage strokes and acupressure, to stimulate the reflex and pressure points in the hands and feet and bring a sense of calm, deep relaxation. The hand massage extends to the arms.

Hand + Foot Massage (20 / 30 minutes)

An oxytocin-releasing massage of firm rhythmic strokes, gentle stretching, acupressure and hand cupping across the upper back, shoulders, neck and arms as well as the scalp and hair. Then facial massage that works the fascia and opens up lymphatic drainage points to improve skin tone, reduce puffiness and increase oxygen flow to the skin.

It’s incredibly soothing and good for deep relaxation, relieving tension in the body, relieving headaches and migraines and insomnia, nourishing the skin, scalp and hair, stimulating the nerve endings and bringing calm to the central nervous system, to support the mind and body’s natural healing cycle. 

I work intuitively depending on what your body is telling me and how you’re feeling, using a bespoke oil of sweet orange, bergamot, frankincense and geranium. Or an organic sunflower and castor oil mix with no essential oils.

Rooted in Ayurveda, this traditional and deeply relaxing massage can be given lying down or seated.
