Dr Os is Fantastic! He has been such a support in getting the weight release happening and noticeably reducing inflammation in my body. Dr Os explains everything in the simplest of terms and never tells you to STOP eating something you love ... instead he explains why you should probably eat less of that particular thing or suggests a healthier substitute. By following his suggestions I have noticed my symptoms are slowly decreasing and my energy levels are increasing. Thanks Dr Os.
