I understand that some waiting is expected for walk-in customers, but I waited longer than expected. A simple gesture like offering a glass of water would have made a better first impression. I had booked and paid for a package online that included ear and nose waxing, but these services were unavailable. Since the package was not delivered as advertised, I expected some form of compensation or an alternative, but nothing was offered. The haircut, face wash, and shaving were good, but overall the experience did not meet my expectations. First impressions matter, and so do the last moments.

First of all he is a good person and he is a good barber he is very experienced.
