Charlotte is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable, welcome, and relaxed every time I visit the salon. From the moment I walk in, she creates such a friendly and professional atmosphere, making every appointment a lovely experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care are second to none, and she always takes the time to ensure my haircut is exactly how I want it.
