Interesting for a first experience. I had the abhyanga massage, it was relaxing but not very effective at relieving back and neck tension.

Hello, Caroline - Thank you for your feedback, and we’re happy to hear that you found the treatment relaxing for your first experience with Abhyanga. Abhyanga is more of a nourishing and grounding treatment that helps with circulation, coldness and dryness in the body, while also calming the nervous system. It can definitely help with tension and pain as well, though usually with more regular treatments over time, as it’s difficult for any one treatment to completely relieve deeper back and neck tension in a single session. We also didn’t realize during the treatment that your neck and back were areas needing more focus, otherwise we would have gladly spent extra time working on them. Please don’t hesitate to mention this during your next visit so we can better tailor the treatment to your needs. We hope to see you again next time for a different experience!

My consultation went wonderfully. I left informed and with a lot of tips. My practitioner was working hard at translating everything for me to understand properly. I loved that they sold almost all of the products I needed as well. The place is clean and calming. I will most likely come back for some treatments.
