Great appointment. First session & found Andrew to be well informed and highly skilled. I arrived with various leg strains and older injuries, Andrew talked through what was needed and then he provided a great therapeutic massage. Still feeling the benefits now, and will book back in for ongoing muscle/joint management preparing for a walking event.
