Saline removal is used in certain cases where the pigment to be removed contains certain metals that our PhiLaser doesn’t agree with. Brows that have turned a red, burgundy, or purple tone over time benefit from this removal technique. 
A machine is used to deposit a sterile saline solution into the brow that is specifically formulated for removal. The solution breaks up the pigment, which is then pushed to the skin’s surface and sits within the scab that forms and then sheds.
