Every booking includes a complimentary 10-minute posture assessment to identify imbalances, tightness, or weakness, ensuring your session is customised for the best possible outcome. At Handwork Studio our goal is simple: to help people relax, restore balance and recover faster. We also offer recovery treatments including Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy.

george was amazing as always! this is my 3rd time and i wont go anywhere else if i can help it. he is extremely knowledgeable and professional, his space is clean, calming and i always leaving feeling refreshed. highly recommend!
