Zowie checked in at every step of the service, checking water temp, making sure the length was right, layer length was ok and that she wasn’t taking off more than desired. She spoke Eloise through maintaining her curly hair and how the cut would compliment wearing it curly and straight. She was attentive and friendly and made the experience easy and relaxing. The finish was lovely and Eloise was so pleased with her new hair.

I had a really positive experience with Zowie Parsons this morning. The consultation went exactly as I hoped. Zowie was thoughtful, listened carefully to my request for a corrective haircut and explained everything clearly. She corrected the shape really well and gave me helpful advice about my hair. The blow-dry took a little longer than I’m normally used to, but my hair is quite thick, so this is understandable. Overall, I’m very happy with my haircut and the service. When I’m in Margate again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
