Sascha was an incredibly perceptive and kind therapist. I’m only visiting London for a short while but may even try to book a follow up before I go! The place is lovely and peaceful, and I felt extremely well taken care of. Would recommend Sascha to anyone who has general stress, tightness, or just needs to relax a bit. Not only does she possess a deep understanding of the body's muscular anatomy, but she also has the ability to restore balance and recalibrate energy in a way that is both profoundly relaxing and deeply restorative. If you're looking for a genuine reset, I cannot recommend Sascha highly enough. Her skill, intuition, and presence create a space where you feel completely supported. This was an amazing experience. I’ve never had this type of massage before, and the mixture between stretching in yogic poses and massage was incredible. I couldn’t believe Sascha was still training to be honest, she was absolutely brilliant. Walked out feeling incredible. Thank you. Would definitely recommend Sascha to anyone looking for a massage and release of any tight muscles.

A brilliant massage. I loved how interactive it was and left feeling like I had done a yoga session without any effort - the best of both worlds! Sascha’s pace and pressure were perfect, and suited to my needs throughout. The depth of the stretches have made a real difference to my lower back, which I had mentioned as a sore spot at the beginning of my consultation. If you’re looking to feel stretched, energised and deeply relaxed by the end, this is the treatment for you!
